Meet the team

Christopher Scala

Christopher has over 20 years of experience in communications as a writer, editor and translator, working in finance, economics, humanitarian affairs, high tech and the arts. Chris grew up in Pittsburgh and worked in Washington DC, Kyiv, Paris and New York before moving to Lausanne.

Sylvia Smith

Sylvia, originally from Houston, is specialized in engineering, economics and finance.
She has over 20 years of experience as a translator and copywriter in France and Switzerland, and has spoken at industry conferences across Europe. She studied chemical engineering in Texas before obtaining an MBA in London.
